Having been summer waterfront residents of Lake Simcoe for many years, both David Wagman and Kelly Lazar know and appreciate VALUE. Their inherent passion and understanding of Lake Simcoe and the GTA became the foundation of their partnership and their success as Sales Representatives.
Prior to her career in real estate, Kelly was a CPA/CGA working for several GTA Real Estate developers in the 1980’s and 1990’s. In the mid 1990’s, she ventured out on her own forming a partnership specializing in taxation – Marinelli, Lazar & Associates. After more than 10 years in tax, she transitioned back into real estate by becoming a Sale Representative with Forest Hill Real Estate Inc. Kelly currently services and sells in Toronto the GTA, Innisfil, Barrie and Oro-Medonte regions concentrating on executive and luxury real estate.
Both David and Kelly have been fortunate to have the opportunity to work with a variety of different clients and properties throughout their real estate careers.
